Kualifikasi :
- Compile internal HR data and metrics from human resource information system, payroll outputs, employee surveys and also external data eg government labor statistics or competitor labor practices
- Analyze all the data related to HR and make recommendation to management, present statistics and trend/pattern for supporting recruitment process
- Recognize and suggest short term and long term goals, milestones and benchmarks for Key Performance Metrics.
- Develop and implement assessments for potential and current employees and update employment records
- Review an organization’s revenue and other financial data to determine compensation updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- Human resources certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred)
- 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field
- 2+ years of experience in human resources analytics and improving employee’s experience and performance management through data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, other data processing apps, etc
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Chinese Language Skills is a plus
