Job Description:
- Sourcing and submiting suppliers for raw materials or material support
- Negotiating process with suppliers
- Recapitulate bidding costs, purchases status, and invoices/delivery documents to vendors
- Planning and controlling material purchases
- Ensuring Purchase Order (PO) submissions have been processed and ensuring goods have been received are in accordance with the PO
- Monitoring the delivery of goods on a periodically
- Coordinating with all departments
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree : Industrial Engineering,Civil Engineering, or relevan
- 3-5 years experienced as an Procurement Engineer in construction, steel manufacture, or relevant industry
- Having good knowledge about steel materials is an added value
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent English communication skill (both spoken and written) is a must as well as analytical thinking
- Capable of strong negotiation and having the skill to seek information
- Willing to travel for bussiness trip.
- Willing to be placed at Head Office – TB Simatupang – South Jakarta
