We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager who can oversee day-to-day bar operations, recruit and train qualified staff members, and maintain high SOP standards. The Bar Manager will be responsible for developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar management, planning, and analysis, with a specific focus in the Hospitality Industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Set up SOP and maintain proper training programs for the development of staff to ensure their utmost efficiency and possible career advancement
- Research and Develop new drink list, Alcohol list with Chief Operation Officer
- Experienced in Menu Engineering
- Monitor operations to ensure beverage items are stored cleanly, correctly and safely both from safety and security points.
- Recruit and Training appropriate staff for the Beverage Department in line with budget requirements, considering the projected volume of business for the relevant period and ensure the staff employed and properly motivated
- Aware at all times of cleanliness of beverage areas and equipment and make sure there are adequate supplies and equipment at hand
- Maintain beverage cost and waste.
- Placement: Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Proven experience in similar role minimum 2 years as Bartender
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Teamwork-oriented
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs
- Ability to work in the fast-paced environment and handle pressure
