Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Relations:
  – Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  – Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts.
  – Implement and oversee employee engagement and wellness programs.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  – Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  – Manage the hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
  – Ensure new employees are well-integrated into the company culture.

3. Performance Management:
  – Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  – Develop and monitor career development plans for employees.
  – Provide coaching and support to managers on performance issues.

4. Attendance and Compliance:
  – Review and manage employee attendance records.
  – Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  – Administer disciplinary actions and warning letters as needed.

5. Event Planning and Employee Engagement:
  – Plan and coordinate employee gatherings and team-building events.
  – Develop initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.
  – Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.

6. HR Administration:
  – Maintain and update employee records.
  – Manage HR metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  – Ensure the company’s HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and leadership skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
