About us
At iTransFORM Academy we provide a fun learning experience for our students. We teach Lego, Robotics, Coding, Design, Animation, Creative Arts and all school subjects from students aged 2 to 17 years old.
Our Head Office is in Surabaya and currently we are opening our second branch in West Surabaya.

Qualifications & experience
- Fresh graduates welcome, experienced in teaching children preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in all majors welcome to apply, we prefer in Computer Science, Technical/Engineering, Early Learning Education, Psychology
- Fluent in conversational English is a must
- Enjoy teaching children in fun and creative ways
- Dedicated and passionate in bringing smiles on children’s faces while optimizing their talents and other potentials
- Flexible and coachable to our academy standards and culture
Tasks & responsibilities
- Teach students from age 2 – 17 in center and outside (school extracurricular activities/events) based on qualifications and training is provided
- Update student reports and teacher records
- Review and develop current programs and curriculum (we are open for expansion and growth ideas)
- Create special programs for events/competitions/holiday activities together with the team
- Participate in company events, sometimes on weekends
- Create positive and transparent communication with the team and management
- Make conscious efforts to maintain the highest standards and behavior to grow personally, with the team, and the company
