Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the healthcare or medical service industry
- Proficiency in ERP systems or other relevant procurement software
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the work performed by the procurement administrative staff
- Supervising, monitoring, and providing guidance to the admin staff team
- Planning and prioritizing purchasing activities
- Developing plans and setting priorities for purchasing activities in collaboration with the procurement team
- Managing the end-to-end procurement process, including order placement, documentation, and tracking
- Conducting quality control and evaluation to ensure that goods meet specifications and standards
