Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the healthcare or medical service industry
  • Proficiency in ERP systems or other relevant procurement software
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

    Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing the work performed by the procurement administrative staff
  • Supervising, monitoring, and providing guidance to the admin staff team
  • Planning and prioritizing purchasing activities
  • Developing plans and setting priorities for purchasing activities in collaboration with the procurement team
  • Managing the end-to-end procurement process, including order placement, documentation, and tracking
  • Conducting quality control and evaluation to ensure that goods meet specifications and standards
