Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above (no major restrictions), with two or more years of relevant work experience.
  2. Having experience in the beauty, makeup, skincare, or clothing industries is required, preferably from well-known brands.
  3. Fluent with English language is a must.
  4. Possess rich talent resources, project management, business negotiation and execution capabilities.
  5. Familiar with the gameplay and rules of mainstream platforms.
  6. Deep understanding of advertising, including experience in creative development, influencer marketing, media buying and ad optimization.
  7. Highly sensitive to explosive articles, good in aesthetics, able to make effective suggestions for modifications to content creation, and improve content quality.
  8. Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and be able to proactively identify and solve problems.
  9. Able to adapt to the working environment of a multinational team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of talents: According to the needs of brand development or event promotion, discover high-quality talents or anchors, establish close cooperative relationships, and promote long-term and stable cooperation between top talents and high-quality talents.
  2. Responsible for talent management and analysis: Based on previous talent cooperation data, perform hierarchical management of talent, iterate new collaboration talent portraits, and conduct accurate hierarchical operations through data analysis of talent.
  3. Responsible for monitoring and reviewing the talent content: Understand the platform gameplay and rules, do a good job in drafting the talent, and produce social media content that meets event needs and delivery goals.
  4. Responsible for designing the talent reward system, formulating phased talent development strategies, continuously optimizing the talent operating model, promoting model innovation, and doing a good job in budget management and ROI goals.
  5. Conduct regular analysis, screening and matching of competing product experts to grasp market trends and development trends
