- Identify training needs to be in-line with the company’s business.
- Develop and design training program slides, materials and other training initiatives necessary to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensures all training and development activities are according to the Company Core Value and strategically support the business.
- Makes any necessary adjustments to training methodology to ensure all training are relevant.
- Manage training budget effectively.
- Evaluate & analyze organization performance to ensure development program meet business needs and improving the performance.
- Develop, organize and conduct orientation for new employees.
- Set up On-the-Job Training system, handle placement and scheduling of trainees, monitor and supervise their performance.
- Administer all training records, ensure efficient records keeping and filing system.
- Coordinate with the different departments on training reports and schedules, including the confirmation of participants for all training programs.
- Support and participate in Training & Development initiatives and projects.
