Kualifikasi :

  1. Manage and monitoring 2 (two) sites at Pasar Rebo (MOB) and Arkadia Office. Ensuring the business process runs smoothly without interruption.
  2. Creating a Purchase Requisition (‘PR’) process 
  3. Manage and monitoring PO and to make sure the billings are in accordance with cost share allocation
  4. Tracking of PO with invoices and payment thereof
  5. Organize, manage and monitor contract management / vendor management with effective and efficient cost management 
  6. Cost & Budget planning and monitoring (OPEX & CAPEX) :
    • To support FM in OPEX data analysis/report and ensure the effective utilization of budget
    • To prepare budget and cost planning 
    • Financial Tracking i.e. Actual cost year to date 
  7. as EHS representative (with Certificate – EHS & ISO training), FM vendor audit and handle internal and external parties.
  8. To support Environmental, Health & Safety Management (EHS) to ensure the third party under FM is compliance with Merck regulation.
  9. Manage and monitoring company car (leasing) and company motorcycle data, include tax registration for motorcycle.
