DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities:
Customer Order: Requirements & Support: · Identifies, validates and documents customers’ order requirements based on the general technical knowledge of the data center facility and guidance from more senior team members
Customer Order: Project Planning: Supports & develops project implementation plans/task lists for customer deployments through collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, and Enterprise), working with information and guidance from more senior team members on project tasks and activities
Customer Order: Project Implementation and Delivery:
- Supports such as on a piece of a larger project as assigned by more senior team members
- Manages high-level project cost control and procurement
- Schedules implementation meetings with customers and cross-functional groups
Cross Functional, Customer Support & Customer Communications:
- Investigates and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during project implementation
- Support to liaison with customers to facilitate smooth service delivery and ensure provisioned services meet and exceed customers’ expectations
- Serves as customers’ point of contact for any escalation of issues during project implementation for small to medium scale project
- Handles the escalations, investigates and provides resolution to the issues with close guidance from senior team members/manager
- Communicates with customers, own team and cross-functional groups on project plans and implementation progress for small to medium scale project
Process Support/Optimization: Reviews basic business and/or technical processes (e.g. provisioning lead time, effectivity) within the data center facility and identifies opportunities for process improvements
Vendor Support: Engages and works with Sales and Operations team to manage and engage third party vendors and suppliers for services and materials
Implementing HSE Management System
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in technical/engineering field is preferable
- 3 years experiences in project management is preferable
- Strong business acumen, including excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with technical subject matter experts, internal teams and managers at all levels
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and a consistent dedication to resolving issues
- Flexible and able to work through challenges related to unique and non-standard solutions
- Able to plan, execute and manage high volumes of work
- Self-driven personal and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Placement in Cibitung with occasional travel to Jakarta office
- Must be able to travel, as necessary, to manage customer projects
