Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiar with bank transactions, accounting systems, PPh, and PPN
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations.
- Implement and monitor internal control systems to prevent fraud and ensure financial integrity.
- Oversee departmental budget usage and ensure expenditures align with plans.
- Provide recommendations based on financial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Supervise accounts receivable management and ensure timely payments from customers.
- Manage company payables and ensure obligations are paid as scheduled.
- Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial planning.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and external auditors as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration and synchronization of financial data with business operations.
- Provide financial information and reports required by management and other departments.
