Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager level specialized in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
Job Description:
- Manage new business strategic initiatives (New Business Plan and Strategic)
- In collaboration with superiors, deploying strategies to become KPIs and targets to the lowest level
- Develop KPIs and target corporate-level new businesses
- Manage the implementation of Monitoring
- Make a company performance dashboard in accordance with the KPI created
- Arranging standardized report formats from All Units
- Ensuring that supporting KPI Measurement data is available.
- Manage the activities of monitoring, measuring and evaluating the impact of implementing financial and non-financial strategies, so that a clear picture of company performance is obtained.
- Provide alerts for all achievements in all areas monitored To the supervisor for folowup with the deputies
- Together with superiors to manage and run Calendar management
- Conduct Performance Evaluation and ensure corrective actions are issued by each
- Provide input and direction for improvement submitted to superiors with a clear methodology of base on data
