Job Description
- Find Site/Office Location For Business Development And Expansion
- Planning, Identifying And Finding Location For Opening New Store
- Planning & Mapping Potential Area For Retail Location
- Manage And Maintain All Office Facilities, Including Electricity, Furniture, Equipment, And Fixtures
- Conduct Regular Inspections Of All Facilities To Identify And Address Potential Safety Hazards
- Coordinate With Vendors And Contractors To Perform Maintenance And Repair Work
- Manage And Track All Facility-Related Expenses
- Prepare And Submit Reports On Facility Usage And Costs
- Ensure Compliance With All Applicable Safety And Environmental Regulations
- Respond To Requests From Employees Regarding Facility-Related Issues
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree Business Administration, Or A Related Field
- Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Facility Management Role
- Proven Track Record Of Managing And Maintaining Office Facilities
- Strong Understanding Of Safety And Environmental Regulations
- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
- Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team
- Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite
