Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and presentations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project goals and objectives, ensuring that design solutions align with the overall strategy.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines and standards to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials.
Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates to maintain proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Deadline Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
Additional Skills:
- Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.
- An understanding of the latest fashion and trends.
- Proficiency in editing pictures or videos.
Candidate Qualities:
- Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Over 3 (3) years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the FMCG, beauty, fashion lifestyle, and e-commerce industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in the Food Beverage industry.
- Proven track record of growing a brand’s presence on social media.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong time management and organization skills to meet project deadlines.
- Working location: Pondok indah mall, Jakarta Selatan.
