What you’ll do:

  • Handle bank reconciliation
  • Work on billing process in Xero
  • Prepare and check bank payment
  • Create Sales Invoices and Debit Notes (and send them to the user)
  • Manage General Ledger Accounts
  • Support Audit in preparation, analysis, and documentation
  • Prepare data for company performance analysis
  • Support and maintain Internal Control (SOPs) for Finance Team and Other Departments
  • Assist ad hoc projects or reports requested by management


What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Finance Accounting or a similar role (experienced from the same industry or from a Public Accounting Firm is preferred)
  • Good understanding of PSAK, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet analysis
  • Understand basic taxation such as WHT, VAT, and CIT
  • Familiar with accounting software and systems (e.g Xero/Netsuite)
  • Experienced with MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Fluent in English is a must
