Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
- Fresh Graduate max 25 years who is interested in sales
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and research skills
- Able to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with all level of individuals of organization
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluent in mandarin with excellent verbal and writing is a MUST
- Proficient in MS Office includes Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Having a Driving License (SIM A and SIM B) active
- Willing to be placed in all branches area in Indonesia
For 2 weeks training at the Head Office (Central Office) in North Jakarta. After that, you will undergo a field training period at the branch for 3 months. After passing the Probation Period (3 months) those who pass will be appointed as Retail Sales Supervisors
