Requirements:
- Must possess 5 to 10 years of work experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Preferably with experience in a large or multinational company.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Willing to travel for assignments.
- Outstanding PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experienced in using virtual learning tools.
- Comfortable and confident in speaking in front of a camera.
- Passionate about enlightening Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training to participants.
- Responsible for conducting training needs analysis and instructional system design (module development).
- Execute any task related to a project with the client.
- Design courses that meet client requirements and needs.
- Design and produce online courses that comply with standards.
