Requirements:
- Communicate fluently in Mandarin speaking, reading and typing is a MUST
- Preferred for those residing in Bali
- Age: 28-35
- At least have 2 year experience as a wedding planner or wedding company operational team
- Creative and detail person
- Expert in organizing project dan have an excellent time management skills
- Familiar working with computer and have a skill to operate Microsoft Word, Excel dan PPT
Responsibilities
- In contact with overseas agent with mandarin language (speaking, reading and typing) to arrange an event in Bali (wedding theme, venue decoration and other request)
- Responsible in arranging all request from wedding couples (hotel, transportation, meals, tours, etc)
- Organize a timeline for all wedding activities
- Provide wedding schedule in detail on the wedding day
- Organize all the vendors and suppliers
- Responsibility for the job is a must and able to attend in venue at the wedding date
- Assisting and responsible for all the bride and groom needs starting from their arrival in Bali till their wedding event successfully held.
