You are

– Challenger/Performer, you like to take on new challenges to develop the Spa’s turnover (products and services) and guarantee the satisfaction of our customers
You will
– Develop yourself by benefiting from professional training on the protocols of renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes or Payot
– Coordinate and promote the Spa area within the Resort (600 to 1200 clients)
– Manage a team of 5 to 17 employees
– Manage the economic and qualitative results of the Resort’s spa
– Ensure the quality of customer relations by strengthening the Club Med culture and spirit
– Promote and set up commercial activities within the Resort
– Monitor stock status, identify supply needs and establish orders
– Work in collaboration with other Resort services (laundry, bar, restaurant, etc. )
– Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
– Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort’s assets
