Job Description

The HR and Sustainability Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating human resources functions as well as sustainability initiatives within Khiri Travel. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the company’s human resources practices align with its sustainability objectives and values. The coordinator will work closely with various departments to foster a positive work environment, promote sustainable practices, and develop strategies to attract, retain, and support a diverse and engaged workforce.


Who we are searching for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with sustainability concepts, practices, and standards.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across different teams and departments.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new employees, facilitating their smooth integration into the organization.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and databases.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • HR Administration, such as holidays, updating contracts, overtime, sick leave & staff events.
  • Handle legal matters, and ensure comprehensive legal compliance throughout the organization’s activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sustainability goals and initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and values.
  • Monitor and evaluate sustainability performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the sustainability practices, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource conservation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to plan and organize CSR initiatives and community engagement activities.
  • Be an active member of the Khiri Green Team.
