Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Energetic and quick learner.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Located in Sawangan, Depok, with willingness to travel and work under tight deadlines.
Job Desc:
- Monitor the Purchasing process administration: Purchase Requests / Purchase Orders in Internal System Portal.
- Negotiate with Vendors.
- Coordinate with users to gather their requirements.
- Evaluate Vendors.
- Monitor Purchasing order delivery and ensure invoices are correct.
- Control Inventory/Stock.
- Manage Pricing.
- Prepare reports for management.
