Key Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Marketing/Communication
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience as Digital Marketing Manager
  3. Competencies: Word press, Google Ads, Google Tools software, SEM RUSH, Mailchimp, WA business management, understanding in Google and SEO, general understanding in Graphic Design, general understanding in Web Dev (HTML, CMS, etc.)
  4. Willing to be placed in Gianyar, Bali
     

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business teams to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally to achieve company targets.
  2. Develop strategies, Budget for branding, positioning, and pricing strategies then report and evaluate in all digital/online and offline areas including database, email, social media, online and offline advertising.
  3. Identify short and long-term scheduling, budgeting, and resource needs, including the development and management of annual marketing budgets, profit/loss projections, expenses, and other financial considerations.
  4. Strategize for all Marketing teams, including Digital, promotions, advertising, communications and creative.
  5. Oversee and develop the marketing department, consistently, identifying revenue opportunities within an established client base and managing consistent growth.
  6. Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasting, competitive analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.
  7. Develop and monitor existing product promotional content across all digital and offline platforms especially Animal Education, Conservation, Recreation and Research programs in line with TSI Pillars, Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing channels and efforts (such as events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional materials).
  8. Lead the development of marketing plans by working closely with clients, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners, to create effective and efficient marketing strategies that focus on growing audiences for products and services.
  9. Develop strategic and tactical marketing campaigns, including test/control segmentation design, test implementation, tracking and analyzing program results.
  10. Manage the concept, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales.
  11. Hold regular meetings with account managers (creative, digital, marcom) to review flow, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team consistently performs above standards, as well as Brainstorm with the team to find creative new promotional ideas/products.
  12. Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences and exhibitions, prepare engaging presentations as required, and provide post-event reports and analysis.
  13. Analyzing consumer behavior and defining customer personas.
  14. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  15. Monitor competition (acquisitions, price changes, and new products and features).
  16. Conduct market analysis and find out the latest trends in the market.
  17. Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
