Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field.
Minimum 7 years work experience as a UI/UX Designer or related design position. - Portfolio demonstrating strong user interface design skills.
- Understand design principles and latest trends in UI/UX.
- Able to use design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Have an understanding of user research and the ability to apply research results in design.
- Have an understanding of web and mobility technologies relevant to UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of the latest web and mobile technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material Design.
Understanding of web and software accessibility principles. - Ability to think creatively and create innovative design solutions to complex problems.
- Experience in implementing data-based design or user behavior-oriented design (behavioral design).
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in leading design projects from start to finish, including managing design teams and resolving design conflicts.
- Ability to collect and analyze user data, and make design decisions based on data analysis.
Job Description:
