About the job
What You Will Do
- Assist CEO in organizing workload.
- Multi-task in different fields such as administration and hiring.
- Calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings, managing travel bookings, handling expenses, and a variety of other day-to-day administrative tasks on behalf CEO.
- Organizing internal team events.
- Capable of representing Engowl Studio at various crypto/web3 events, ensuring a strong presence and effective communication on behalf of the company.
What You Will Need
- Prefer Female with a maximum of 27 years old.
- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree.
- Must have a laptop on your own.
- Comfortable with office tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and others.
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa and English, including the ability to speak and write at a business level is required.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and solid organizational skills.
