Duties: 

  • Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job roles (time, costs, quality)
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Manage other HR tasks such as attendance, employee’s database and appraisal
  • Coordination daily with HR management and employees
  • Maintain employee policies administration
  • Maintain HR related Documents, Letters & Filing

 Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pyshcology, human resources management or related discipline
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience as HR Generalist and preferable in F&B Business
  • Expertise in HR Engagement, Administration & Documentation
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • Having experiences and knowledge of Performance Appraisal
  • General Administration Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to be placed in Bali
