Stellar Property are seeking an In-House Sales Property professional to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. Your role will involve promoting real estate properties, maintaining good relationship with clients, and driving successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote properties through various media, both online and offline.
- Engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through the property purchasing process.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, providing exceptional service that fosters loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (relevant field is preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in real estate business.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market (especially in Cileduk, and Lebak Bulus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
