Qualifications :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree of any major from a reputable university
- Minimum 5 years experience as Operations Manager or higher level
- Willingness to do business trip
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking, writing, listening, reading)
- Have working experience in Manufacturing Industry or Supply Chain
- Proven understanding of Purchasing, EXIM, and Logistic processes and
Regulations : Strong leadership and management skill, including motivating and developing
Responsibilities :
- Oversee Purchasing & Documentation, EXIM, and Logistics Department
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to align with company growth
- Able to understand the end-to-end process of the supply chain industry
- Quick to develop a working relationship with the needed vendor
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
- Develop cost-saving strategies to aid the growth of the company
- Ensure the operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Analyze market trends, supply, and demand to make decisions
- Develop impactful strategies to aid in company growth
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standard
- Resolving problems that occur from external and internal departments
