Scope of work:
- Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff;
- Perform Human Resources programs, policies, and activities;
- Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees;
- Ensure completion of all mandatory reports as required and compiled any other data required for payroll computation;
- Conduct and monitor onboarding program for new employee;
- Roll out Performance Management policy and programs to all levels;
- Ensure all Staff up levels have Individual Development Program and monitor the progress;
- Roll out Training plan and any other development initiatives;
- Managing and maintaining company’s assets including building, office equipment, vehicle and any other Factory facilities to the best standard;
- Conduct individual or collaboration programs to maintain office and factory building/facilities;
- Prepare the annual budget of HR & GA;
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth;
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork;
- Counseling on HR policies, practices, and procedures;
- Serve as a mediator in employee conflict and decide on corrective actions when required;
- Support compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal legislation;
- To maintain the condition of cleanliness and tidiness around site office and site facilities area in accordance with company standard so the condition of the office area is comfortable for the occupants and visitors;
- To provide the routine operational needs of the office (stationary, drinking water.) in the area of responsibility according to the standard facilities to support the company operational activities;
- To prepare the infrastructure and facilities to support the company activities which held in the offices and facilities to support the smooth company operational;
- To set the procedures so that all employees and gusts can use the facilities of the company in accordance with the functions and purposes;
- To coordinate the required permissions associated with the extention of work permit, stay permit and other permits of foreign workers that company needs to comply set by company or local government;
- To coordinate and make sure the company in safe and conducive conditions;
- Knowledge of the development and implementing GA Policies and Procedures;
- Strong knowlegde related to internal and external GA management;
- Open to do mobile activities;
- Responsible in employees legal matters and regulations (such as but not to limited to industrial relations, BPJS, Employment Contract);
- calculate PPh 21 and Payroll.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Law / Psychology;
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Human resources and General Affair;
- Fluent in Mandarin or English;
- Familiar with Google Suite and HR Systems will be a plus;
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong moral and ethical code;
- Excellent administrative skills;
- Expertise in conflict management and great relationship-building skills;
- Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality;
- Have ability to analyse, evaluate, initiative and have a good leadership;
- Technology savy and proficient in Microsoft office as well as Google workplace;
- Loves to collaborate with teams; and
- Strong attention to details and well organized.
