We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with proven experience in IT support to join our team.
Job Description
- Install & configure computer systems, networks, and applications.
- Monitor & maintain the computer systems, printers, network, and various hardware needed for operations and applications.
- Diagnose hardware and software problems, and provide analysis and solutions.
- Coordinate with third parties or other IT resources whenever necessary to resolve issues.
- Documentation related to system configuration, user guide, and processes.
- Maintain and keep track of all IT assets, software licenses, subscription contracts, and warranties (stock opname IT).
- Provide technical support to end users across different locations.
- Be the emergency escalation point for infrastructure outage, including after office hours.
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Information and technology.
- Proven experience as IT Support or other similar positions min 3 years.
- Have good computer skills in Excel and proficiency in other Office applications.
- Organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
