Tasks & Responsibilities
A Systems Applications Consultant performs some or all the following duties:
- Provide support and problem resolution; collaborate with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Answer escalating questions and provide consulting service for internal colleagues where appropriate.
- Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing according to requirement specifications.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Graduated in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Professional Qualification:
- 1 year IT working experience in system application.
- ERP Project process implementation experience is a plus factor but not requisite.
- Good knowledge in MS-Windows, programming, MS-Office
Special/Technical Skills:
- Strong communication / problem solving skill.
- Team player who can also perform independently.
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Good command in spoken and written English, knowledge of Chinese (spoken and written) is a plus
