Job Descriptions:
- Direct business plan & strategy to fund operations, maximize investments, increase cost efficiency or improve return of investment in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or Fast Food Restaurant business type.
- Ensure operational strategy, including those for funding or implementation of programs according to business expansion in all potential area by using Feasibility Study Analysis.
- Prepare and present report of Sales Increasing, Profit and Loss, Customer Satisfaction Index, Quality Products and other operational issues concerning activities, expenses, budgets, government statutes, ISO 22000, SJPH, or other items affecting businesses or program services regularly.
- Direct, plan, and implement policies, objectives, and operations activities to ensure continuing operation both existing store (close to 300 outlets all over Indonesia and 14 outlets on first year 2024 in Malaysia) and new store opening (NSO) to increase productivity and maximize return of investment by monitoring number of store, budget, site project, construction, infrastructure and utility maintenance standard, and hospitality improvement program (SCRUM & PDCA) as business master plan.
- Build network connection with all parties both internal and external department in order to discuss issues, coordinate activities, or resolve problems related to QSR or Fast Food Restaurant Operation & Service Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Food & Beverages / Hospitality Industry.
- Proven running operation system and business plan strategy for rapid growth in a fast-paced Hospitality/Restaurant environment.
- Solid presentation skills and ability to manage relationships across many stakeholders both team and partners.
- Strong knowledge of Quick Service Restaurant Management / Fast Food System Management / Food Safety Management System.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.
