Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Surabaya
Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and be able to apply them in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They will be responsible for managing all HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company’s business goals and objectives- Manage all recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations- Develop and implement performance management programs that align with the company’s objectives and values- Ensure that all employees receive appropriate training and development opportunities- Manage employee relations and resolve any conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable- Manage HR-related data and reporting, including tracking key HR metrics and producing regular reports- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure HR activities are aligned with overall business goals
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the fashion industry- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
