Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain cost accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyse processes and product costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Monitor daily expenses, including food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and overheads.
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with various teams to establish cost standards and monitor performance against targets.
- Lead cost variance analysis and investigate discrepancies to ensure financial integrity.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing valuable input to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost accounting & hospitality finance.
