Responsibilities:
- To generate leads and help them convert them into customers and maintain them.
- To generate leads and help them convert them into customers and maintain them.
- To achieve and exceed Marketing & Sales Targets set by company
- To maintain a high level of exposure for PT Advangram Engineering Indonesia through sales, marketing execution, telephone, fax, written communications etc.
- To help corporate offer letters and yearly contracts for customers
- To establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices with customers.
- To provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition.
- To maintain close communication with the Technical Heads.
- To review direct competition and conduct regular research.
- To come up with Innovative ideas to boost business revenues and profits.
- To properly document all Sales Calls, Visits etc.
- To design and write marketing content.
- To Take care of marketing brochures and related material.
- To Take care of Submission/gathering documents to/from customers/vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or business administration.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the industrial automation or related industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies, products, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and support business development activities.
