The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive brand awareness, growth, and equity. This role requires a creative and strategic mindset to ensure that the brand’s messaging, visual identity, and customer experience are consistent and compelling. The Brand Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand campaigns, positioning, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy:
- Develop and maintain the brand strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the organization’s overall goals and values.
- Define the brand’s unique value proposition and positioning in the market.
Brand Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and manage brand marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets.
Visual Identity:
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of the brand’s visual identity, including logos, design elements, and style guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
Content Development:
- Generate and curate content that reflects the brand’s identity and values, and resonates with the target audience.
- Manage content creation, distribution, and engagement on various channels.
Customer Experience:
- Work cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience and align it with the brand’s promise.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Use insights to refine and adjust the brand strategy as needed.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track and report on the ROI of brand marketing initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Act as a brand advocate and educate team members on brand guidelines and values.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in public relations, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role and priority from Industry Smartphone.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop and execute innovative brand campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
