Job description:
Handle Caffe
Make sales to achieve targets
Sales Marketing Activities, Selling Skills by Sales Team
Virtual Merchandising, Manage Displays, Fulfill Stock
Manage Inventory
Manage a warehouse with pallets with limited space,
Stock Count Merchandising, Non-Merchandising, Tools and Equipment, and All Assets
Responsible for compensating for losses in stock and assets caused by loss, damage, both physical and systemic
Managing Caffe Assets
Fraud Audit, safeguarding Assets
Controlling and Monitoring Operational Costs based on Standards
Maintain the cleanliness of the cafe and all assets
Maintain system and administration control, check and monitor transactions, sales returns, pending administration, etc.
Building and managing teams (Sales skills, motivation, team regeneration)
Implement Sales Operations and Standard Procedures, Control, improvement to achieve standards
Visit Caffe and carry out daily inspection reports, checklists and Assessments
Train and Mentor all employees in the Caffe
Perform Stock Counts, Random Checks
Responsible for creating reports and summaries according to assignments
Responsible for all KPIs and Cafe SOPs
Can coordinate and be responsible for live music
Condition:
Minimum bachelor’s degree (business management/marketing.
Minimum 3 years experience in the same position in the FNB business
Experienced and likes western style Caffe
Attention to detail
Strong leadership
Communication skills and quick learner
Willing to work mobile
Willing to be on standby and responsible for work during holidays
