Position Overview 

We are expanding our global footprint and are in search of a service coordinator in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This role is designed for individuals passionate about delivering quality customer service and hold a high proficiency in the English language. As a Service Coordinator, you will be pivotal in managing communications and service coordination, ensuring both excellence in execution and the satisfaction of our clients. Your role will involve direct interactions with clients, requiring exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. 


Job Responsibilities 

– Efficiently manage call intake and ticket coordination, ensuring accurate logging and timely resolution of issues. 

– Schedule consultants to perform client support requests, closely monitoring onsite visits, scheduled meetings/projects, call outs, and PTO. 

– Coordinate directly with consultants to manage resource availability and develop contingency plans for unforeseen manning shortages. 

– Maintain detailed records of client interactions 


Job Qualifications 

– Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written 

– Excellent customer service skills 

– Previous project management or coordination within the IT or related industry. 

– Ability to quickly evaluate situations and determine the appropriate course of action. 

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

– Exceptional teamwork capabilities and the ability to work well in a team environment. 

– English speaking or writing certifications (such as TOEFL, IELTS) are highly regarded.  




Employment Information 

– Compensation: IDR 8,000,000-10,000,000 per month, dependent on experience. 

– Employment Type: Permanent Employee with benefits included following 3-month probation period 

– Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Night Shift 

– Location: Must reside in or be able to commute to the office in Yogyakarta.
