• Maintain Vendor Master – Check vendor master (change / update) – Trade
• Manage Purchase Req. & Receiving 

1. Review and follow up issue / dispute related to PO, GR, IR (vendor, DC, stores, IT) – APWEB.
2. Review and follow up issue / dispute related to PO, GR, IR (vendor, DC, stores, IT) – B2B.

• Invoice Receiving, Approval & Processing

1. Receive invoice, Validation of invoice (commercial, tax, contract/agreement) and scan tax invoice.
2. Validation of tax slip WHT art. 23 and data entry.
3. Obtain Approval (Non-PO).
4. Match & post invoice
5. Receive & check manual payment request.

• Payment

1. Payment analysis
2. Review and approve payment proposal.

• Closing & Recon

1. Handle vendor queries (payment, refund, return, net debit balance, sales).
2. Advance payment reconciliation and report.
3. Control outstanding invoice and report.
4. Perform deposit recon.
5. Perform AP recon
6. Perform AP closing & reporting.
7. Review and reclassification (AR/AP presentation, VAT presentation).
8. Review and approve monthly BSAR.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-4 years Purchasing To Payment (PTP) or Accounting experiences.
• Experience of working in teams and also able to follow end to end PTP process and work independently.
• Able to establish credibility with internal /external customers able to tackle major customer related issues.
• Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills.
• Be a good problem solver.
• Pro- active, self-motivated, well-organized, efficient and ability to work under pressure.
• Achievement and goal oriented with good organization. skills, ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Strong computer literacy skills with excellent MS Office skills.
• Language in English.
• Experience of working in a PTP team and/or in a retail and multi-market preferred.
