Job brief:
As a Digital Marketing Performance Specialist, you will be required to understand the client’s business and competitive landscape, along with planning, managing, developing and optimizing in-house campaigns across digital platforms accordingly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and meet lead generation targets with Head Marketing
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Research and maintain the KOL for short and long term collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives and sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and optimize performance.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies and tactics to convert leads into sales-ready opportunities.
- Develop engaging and persuasive content, such as landing pages and social media posts, to attract and engage target audiences.
- Utilize marketing automation and lead management tools to track and manage leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, best practices and recommend innovative approaches to improve lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and impactful marketing assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Weekly & monthly report for the ads performance to Head Marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in lead generation, B2B & B2C Industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing lead generation campaigns and meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Strong knowledge of making the landing page (wordpress, blog, etc)
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including email marketing, SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Strong network of good quality KOL, Influencer and PIC in Health and Beauty Industries.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and lead management tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage target audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in digital marketing and lead generation are a plus
