Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator for the organization, the individual will be responsible for managing the website and social media accounts, content creation, and providing support for marketing and events. This role requires 1 year of experience, a bachelor’s degree, English proficiency, and a passion for education and child welfare.

 

Job Description

  • Website updates – Maintain and update the organization’s website, ensuring current information and
  • Content creation – Create engaging content for social media, including reels, videos, and graphics, to foster community engagement and support fundraising efforts seamless user experience, primarily using Squarespace.
  • Content planning and posting – Manage and update the organization’s social media profiles, engaging with the community and ensuring a consistent and impactful online presence.
  • Event support – Assist in organizing and managing events, from the planning stages to execution.
  • EDM – Design and disseminate impactful marketing email campaigns using Mailchimp and HubSpot.
  • Marketing Strategy – Collaborate on marketing strategies with the Marketing Manager and CEO.
  • Database management – Maintain a contact database, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Digital Marketing – Create and Coordinate digital marketing materials, including adverts, promotional videos, and photographic content.
  • Traditional Marketing – Contribute to the creation of promotional materials, such as banners, brochures, and flyers, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity.
  • Donor Outreach – Manage recognition items for volunteers and donors (plaques, awards, certificates).
  • Digital Asset Management – Maintain a well-organized database of photos, videos, and other media assets.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
  • Solid experience in website management, particularly with Squarespace, Hubspot Marketing suite
  • Familiarity with common social media platforms, including but not limited to – LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Tiktok etc.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and office suites like Google Drive.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Zapier, Funraisin’, Stripe, and online engagement strategies like auctions and raffles.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and proactively.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor for interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders, including donors and partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Indonesian nationality, residing in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali, with a passion for education and child welfare.
