Job Description:
As a Web Designer at our studio, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of visually compelling and user-friendly websites for our clients. You will work closely with our small team remotely to conceptualize, design, and implement custom web solutions that meet our clients’ objectives and exceed their expectations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in web design principles and best practices
- Eye for design (typography, composition, colour, and graphic design fundamentals)
- Experience with using Figma
- At least 1 relevant job experience
- Can work independently and collaborate effectively in a small remote team environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
Nice to have:
- Experience with Webflow, HTML, and CSS
- Design degree is appreciated but not required
- Understand and familiar with minimal and refined aesthetic
Responsibilities:
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions
- Revising designs based on feedback provided by design director, manager and clients
- Create website style guides and collaborate with developers
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative design concepts
- Ensure website design projects are completed within established timelines and meet quality standards
Note:
- Part-time remote contract position (10 hours per week)
- Worker must provide their own laptop/computer
