Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business management, Inventory management, Logistics or a related field preferred.
- Good command of English. (Japanese speaking ability preferable)
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and warehouse software packages.
- Minimum 5-10 years of WMS supervisor, Receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels.
- Strategic planning, organization and supervision.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High responsibility, Technical leadership and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in people management.
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinates activities of team to smoothly parts supply Operation especially in WH operation.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity & efficiency.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse facilities including equipment and accessories.
- Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
- Maintain high standards of security in the warehouse..
- Establish, maintain procedure, WI, check list, etc. according to Quality Management System.
