What you will do :
- Identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities for new product launch (NPL) and new product development (NPD).
- Implement, control and manage every step of new product development (project domestic and project export).
- Analyze and identify of market potential and consumers based on market research
- Develop new product packaging designs, and manage the NPD/NPL project timeline
- Compile research proposals for the development of new products, concepts and prototypes (qualitative/quantitative)
What you need :
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from major of industrial engineering / food technology with GPA min. 3.00
- Stages-Gates Expert of new product development process (NPD/NPL Process from scratch to launch)
- Master of Microsoft Project & Similar Software (Timeline & Project review)
- Have experience of create feasibility study NPD/NPL (Research Process, Competition Map, Target Market, 4P Analysis, Analysis Consumer Data).
