Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Contributes toward store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, manage inventory, and cost of goods control & labor cost.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members, including scheduling shifts and providing performance feedback.
- Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensures the quality, standards and meets the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, and reporting.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction based on SOP
- Mastering knowledge and information related to the Brand products
Requirements:
- Maximum 50 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Master’s is a Plus
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Store Manager/Supervisor, preferably from Building Material/Paint Industry
- Willing to work on holidays and full shift
- Willing to work in Toko Cat Selalu Ada Store Jabodetabek area when needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Microsoft Office Savvy
- Ready to join ASAP
