Our company is a new retail establishment and bringing a new retail concept to Indonesia. We are looking for experienced site finders to find us great locations for our stores.
Qualifications & experience
- Able to understand English
- Experienced in B2C retail site acquisition
- Holds SIM C
Tasks & responsibilities
- Suggest as many suitable store locations as possible according to the parameters specified by the company.
- Search in the area defined by the Expansion Manager he/she reports to.
- Find out the contact details of the landlord and contact him directly.
- Gather important information prior to proposing sites.
- Confirm available documentation of the property.
- Reporting to: Expansion Manager
