Our dynamic team in Indonesia is currently in search of a proactive and service-oriented Client Relations Supervisor. This role demands exceptional customer service skills, robust problem-solving abilities, and skilled coordination between various local and international partners.
As the Client Relations Supervisor, you will oversee Guest Relations at our Bali office, managing customer inquiries and concerns while implementing effective communication strategies to facilitate interaction among all involved parties. Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and nurturing positive client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Promptly addressing client concerns and acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Monitoring service performance and providing regular reports to highlight successes and areas for improvement.
- Advocating for clients within the organization and delivering constructive feedback to enhance services.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated capability in building enduring client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
