Main job responsibilities 

1. Establish and maintain enterprise talent pool and recruitment channels, allocate and effectively use various resources;
2. Responsible for recruitment channel related work to meet the recruitment needs of departments;
3. Responsible to coordinate with departments to revise job descriptions;
4. Responsible for new employee procedures, contract signing, and regular advertising;
5. Understand the situation of recruitment channels such as recruitment websites, talent exchange centers, headhunting companies, intermediary agencies, etc., and establish a good cooperative development relationship on the basis of evaluating their effectiveness;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years experience in HR Recruitment preferably having Retail industry experience
2. Fluent in English is a must
3. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics and well organized
4. A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently.
5. In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting.
