Main job responsibilities
- Establish and maintain enterprise talent pool and recruitment channels, allocate and effectively use various resources;
- Responsible for recruitment channel related work to meet the recruitment needs of departments;
- Responsible to coordinate with departments to revise job descriptions;
- Responsible for new employee procedures, contract signing, and regular advertising;
- Understand the situation of recruitment channels such as recruitment websites, talent exchange centers, headhunting companies, intermediary agencies, etc., and establish a good cooperative development relationship on the basis of evaluating their effectiveness;
- Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR Recruitment preferably having Retail industry experience
- Fluent in English is a must
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics and well organized
- A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently.
- In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting.
