Askarasoft is a software company based in Surabaya, Indonesia looking for Marketing Manager to create marketing strategy, improve business messaging, and generate more traction from our campaign.
Job description:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Analyzing market trend and conduct research to know more about industry trends.
- Responsible for the promotional budget and ensuring the initiatives are launched effectively in terms of spending limits and campaign impact
- Review campaign text and use A/B Testing to review which campaign result the most
- Create newsletter campaign strategy / content topic to existing customer
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Create video campaign strategy for company social media
- Communicate with sales and product development for target breakdown, budget plan, and product communication strategies.
- Coordinate participation in offline event for promotion activity
- Collaborate with freelancer, designer, agency for marketing content
- Conduct market research
- Responsible for organizing regular reviews after the new campaign launch, jointly with the sales, and marketing team to track the achievement of the goal and conclude the effective experience.
- Support internal team during sales presentation making sure communication is correct.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor and above, 1+ years experience in marketing-related field.
- Experience in marketing campaign execution is a plus point.
- Experience in CRM/software industry is a plus point.
- Having an entrepreneurial spirit, ability to think creative, and eager to learn
- Strong, proven project and/or campaign management experience
- Ability to create strategy, analyze campaigns, and draw conclusions
- Ability to execute goal/strategy
- Proactive approach to recommending changes and improvements for the campaigns;
- Ability to speak English is a must
- Ability to use CRM software
- Having personal laptop
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work onsite in Mayjen Sungkono, Surabaya
