The role will focus on identifying and engaging top talent through various channels. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating with Recruitment Consultants.

Job Description
- Sourcing potential candidates based on the client’s requirements from existing sources (Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Job Street, etc.) to fulfil the client’s job order.
- Receiving and reviewing applications.
- Screening potential candidates through a phone interview to match the client’s requirements.
- Arranging selected candidates for having interview sessions with Recruitment Consultants/clients.
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants to create candidate summaries and input job orders to ATS
Job Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, in Human Resource Management, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Fluent and confident in communicating in English.
- Students in their 4th year or fresh graduates with distinct achievements are welcome to apply.
- Passionate in recruitment, detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
