DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Memahami proses KPR dengan dunia perbankan
- Terbiasa menangani berkas untuk pengajuan KPR
- Memfollow up setiap pengajuan KPR kepada Bank
- Terbiasa komunikasi dengan perbankan dan PPAT/Notaris
- Terbiasa menangani AKAD custormer dengan Bank
- Berperan aktif dalam kegiatan sales baik dengan sales internal maupun dengan agent
- Membuat aging report utamanya customer dengan cara bayar KPR
- Membantu proses serahterima rumah dan pelaksanaan AJB
- Membuat laporan progres AKAD dan memonitor setiap pencairan dana KPR
Kualifikasi Profesi:
- Pendidikan minimal D3
- Bisa mengendarai motor dan memiliki SIM C,
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office utamanya formula dalam Excell
- Pengalaman Minimal 2 tahun dalam bidang KPR dan perbankan
- Di utamakan yang mempunyai pengalaman dibidang property
- Mempunyai jiwa Jujur, kerja keras dan Teliti, Cepat
- Terbiasa kerja dengan target tinggi
- Berdomisili di Tangerang dan sekitarnya
